We at the MCORE Foundation hope each of you and your families are staying well during this unprecedented crisis. I know we will come out on the other side stronger and safer, but it is certainly a difficult time for everyone.

The MCORE Foundation is currently not offering school heart screening events due to the state mandated closures. We are looking forward to a return to our efforts as soon as possible. At this point, that would appear to be sometime this summer. Fortunately, we already had many procedures in place to ensure clean/sanitary conditions prior to the COVID-19 crisis. All our techs wear gloves, masks, and all screening equipment is sanitized between each student’s appointments. We also only see one student at a time versus a mass screening and that minimizes the risk of passing something on to other students.

We will continue to work on strategies to keep our screening programs on the cutting edge of technology and ensure everyone’s safety as we go forward into a new normal.
Now, more than ever, is the time to focus on cardiac health and wellness screenings.

Thank you for your ongoing support of our mission to educate and prevent sudden cardiac arrest in our youth. We look forward to seeing you all soon.

Best Regards,
